How it fits your week

Ingredients (for 5 shots)
- 1 medium cooked beet, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 cm fresh ginger, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 120ml (1/2 cup) water
Instructions
- Blend cooked beet, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh to remove pulp.
- Pour into 5 small glass bottles (60ml each) with bamboo lids.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Shake before drinking each morning.
Storage & Shelf Life
Refrigerator: 5 days in sealed glass bottles
Freezing: Up to 3 months (freeze in ice cube trays, then transfer to bottles)
Notes
Cook beet ahead of time by roasting or boiling. The shot will be deep red in color. Apple adds natural sweetness and balances the earthy beet flavor. Your gentle energy moment, ready when you are.
